Trabuco Canyon Monastery

Please join us for our Christmas program on Saturday, 12/21/2024 at 11:00 A.M.
We will have a welcome speech by Swami Dhyanayogananda on “Those Who Come to Me Shall Not Be Cast Out,” followed by a talk by Swami Sarvadevananda on the same topic.

We will also have readings from the Bible by Alex Medina, Christmas carols by the Hollywood choir, and a music performance by Zach Churchill.

After the program, we will have a potluck in the courtyard. Make sure to bring a vegetarian dish and a non-refrigeration-needed dessert.

All are welcome.

The monastery is open on Fridays and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. and on Sundays from 10:00 a.m. to 1:45 p.m. The grounds, including the bookstore, will also be open during these hours.

From Monday to Thursday the monastery will remain CLOSED.

Picnics and pets are not allowed in the monastery.

The monastery sits atop 40 acres of largely undeveloped rolling hills in Trabuco Canyon. The monks maintain the buildings and grounds of the monastery which include a shrine, a shrine trail honoring the world’s major religions, and a bookstore.

The monastery runs a service project called Holy Mother Mission that gives service to the needy. It is run by the monks and devotees of the monastery.
